Shipping
Any orders totaling $50.00 (before tax-(if applicable) and shipping), will be shipped for FREE!
Our recommended shipping method is either UPS, or USPS. You will save time and money and orders will be shipped within 1-4 days of receipt. However, most orders are processed for shipping as soon as they are received and usually are shipped the same day, contingent they are received before 3pm Eastern Standard Time (EST), excluding weekends and holidays.You will be notified immediately if any item is out of stock and how long it will take to come in. You may cancel your order at this point if you do not want to wait for back orders.
Returns and Exchanges
Le Bon Sac wants your complete satisfaction. To EXCHANGE or RETURN merchandise you MUST obtain an EXCHANGE MERCHANDISE REQUEST (EMR) NUMBER. To receive the EMR number please contact or Le Bon Sac at 610-287-1477or email shop@lebonsac.com. Merchandise that does not meet your expectations, including sizes of the product (excluding sale/promotional items) must be returned WITHIN 5 DAYS after receipt. The 25% restocking fee will be charged to your credit card if a refund is requested within this time period. Requests must be made via email shop@lebonsac.com or phone 610-287-1477. Additionally, all shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer for all returns and exchanges, unless the merchandise is returned due to a factory defect. Returned merchandise must be "unused" and in original packaging, labels attached and in the same condition as received. Returned merchandise should be insured. We are not liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department. You can expect a prompt return of exchange within 5 days of receipt. Le Bon Sac is in no way responsible for defective merchandise after 5 days of your receipt of merchandise. REFUNDS, RETURNS and/or EXCHANGES CAN NOT BE MADE ON CLEARANCE SALE OR PROMOTIONAL MERCHANDISE ADVERTISED; ALL SALES IN THESE CATEGORIES ARE FINAL.
Le Bon Sac inspects all merchandise for manufacturers’ defects and/or damage prior to shipping. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the merchandise upon receipt and to make sure it is free of any defect. All "defects" MUST be reported to the shipper within 24 hours from the date you receive the shipment. WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY CLAIM FOR DAMAGES IF THE MERCHANDISE HAS BEEN DAMAGED BY THE SHIPPER. WE WILL ACCEPT DEFECTIVE ONLY" MERCHANDISE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE. ANY CLAIMS MADE AFTER THE 24 HR PERIOD WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.Exchanges: When exchanging and/or returning merchandise you are liable for shipping fees both ways. All promotional free shipping fees will no longer be valid. In addition, if a refund is requested you will be charged the promotional "free shipping fee" if any, together with a 25% re-stocking fee.

Sales Tax (PA residents only)
We are required by law to charge sales tax to orders shipped ONLY to Pennsylvania residents. No sales tax applies to orders shipped to addresses in other states or for international orders. |
